How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
Within the US, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after your order ships. International orders usually take 7-30 business days, depending on the destination. Weather, holidays and carrier delays can occasionally add extra time.
How much is shipping?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose, so you'll see the exact price before you pay.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn and unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Customers in the EU can return items for any reason within 14 days.
How do I start a return?
Email us at skywavescrystal@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because returns sent without approval can't be accepted.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Can I return sale items?

How do I find my size?
Each product page lists the sizes available for that style. For help choosing, see our size guide or contact us before you order.
How should I wash my socks?
Care instructions are listed on each product page. For most styles, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low to keep them soft and help them keep their shape.
